***** Will the program involve hormone therapy?
No, there is no hormone therapy. The program uses natural methods to address hormonal issues you may have, including insulin, testosterone, sex hormones etc. We will tailor your diet, supplementation, and exercise accordingly.
***** How long does the program last and what happens after three months?
The Accelerated Method program is 90 days long. Although the system is sustainable on its own, afterward, for those who complete the program in full, there is an option for continuous support and improvement for those who are invited.
*****Do I need to go to a gym to exercise?
No. Only if you want to.
There’s no need to waste precious time traveling to the gym.
